Cancellation Policy

Thank you for respecting both your time and mine. To help ensure a consistent, reliable experience for all clients, please take note of the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling: Booking & Payment When you book a session, your card will be securely authorized, but not charged immediately. The full session fee will be manually charged after the appointment is completed, unless a cancellation or no-show policy applies. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Zoom Meeting Room Access A link and Zoom ID and passcode will be sent to you via email an hour before our session. To ensure a private and secure place for therapy, please do not sure this information with anyone unless you are a caregiver booking for someone under your care or have requested my permission to do so. Minimum Notice Required Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows me time to offer the session slot to someone else. You can cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments with no prior notice (no-shows) will be charged the session fee. In the event of repeated no-shows or late cancellations, continued booking may be paused or declined at my discretion. Emergencies & Exceptions I understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or illness that prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible. I will assess exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Late Arrival Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and treated as a no-show. Agreement By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this cancellation and payment policy.
